  Why Nisala Kriya

  • Transmission-Based Teaching: Consciousness and energy based direct inductions (Shivpath/Shakthipath) by the teacher enables entry into deep meditative states in a short period of time. This makes it ideal for people who have a busy and a noisy mind to experience deep stress relief and hightened mindfulness during and after the event.

  • Nada (Sound)-Induced Shifts: Vocal sound  based practices are used to break through mental noise and effect deep relaxation.

  • Breathwork: Grounding Pranayama practices to bring about inner calm and relaxation.

  • Energy Clearing: Feel layers of energetic tension dissolve from your system during the event that will have lasting healing effect.

  • No Rituals: Rooted in stillness, not dogma.

  • Satsang with Acharin: Clarify all your meditation or enlightenment related queries with the interaction with a modern awakened teacher.

  • What is “Shakthipath” or direct transmission?
Shakthipath is a direct energetic initiation into one's natural state or self, or initiating kundalini awakening, without the use of conventional meditations, by a teacher. When introduced, many feel a clear shift in consciousness—such as expanded awareness, calmness, kundalinie activation, or emotional release—without effort. There is a another complimentary method called Shivpath, where silent consciousness is directly made to be realised by the student. Both these modalities are used by Acharin in Nisala Kriya practices.
  • What is Nada?
The word 'Nada' means sound. In Nisala Kriya two basic sound based practices are used. One by the teacher when he uses specific sound syllables to get the participants into a state of inner stillness and awareness; the other is when the participants chant universal sound syllables within them, or aloud at times, to attain to a state of inner balance and clarity.
  • Do I have to participate through all the meditations?
Yes. This is essential to the final outcome. All the meditations form parts of a whole that will bring about the greater transformation.
  • Is there time for questions or interaction during the event?
Yes. Every full-day event includes Q&A sessions where you can ask questions about your experiences, challenges, or the teachings. Acharin offers practical insights and guidance to help you integrate the experience into daily life.
  • Do I have to sit on the floor for long hours?
No. We practice meditation seated on comfortable chairs. Sessions are held with regular intervals, so sitting for extended periods is not a concern. The format is accessible to people of all physical abilities. In the end, once consciousness is transformed, the posture by and large becomes more amenable to once intention.
  • How is this different from regular meditation or mindfulness?
Unlike typical meditation techniques that rely solely on mental focus, Nisala Kriya uses sound, breath, and direct transmission based teaching to bypass the thinking mind. This will bring about a state of peaceful abiding and awakening more rapidly than conventional methods.
  • Is this a religious program?
No. Nisala Kriya is non-religious, though transcendental in its outcome. While it is based on yogic traditions primarily, the emphasis is on direct personal experience, not belief or doctrine. People from all backgrounds are welcome.
  • What is cathartic release?
Deepening in meditation goes hand in hand with inner purification of body, mind, and the energy-system. And when purification happens, there is always a release of various physical, mental and energetic content, whether prominently felt or not. This is catharsis.
  • Do I need prior experience in meditation to join?
Not at all. Nisala Kriya is designed to work even for complete beginners. Many participants with no prior background report profound inner stillness and clarity in their very first session.
  • What if I have a busy mind or trouble sitting still?
That’s completely okay. Many people come with restlessness or mental noise. The method works with your current state, not against it. Often, within the first 30 minutes, you may notice a tangible shift into calm and clarity.

Let Go. Tune In. Come Home.

In a world constantly demanding your attention, this is your invitation to return to yourself. To a space within that doesn’t need fixing, improving, or striving—only remembering.

Join us. Sit in silence. Awaken to stillness and inner peace.
