The Cost : A sum of Rs. 4,500/= per person will be charged for meals for two days. The cost due for 3 nights stay, is to be paid to the hotel. And Teacher donations are accepted for two days teaching

The Nisala Meditation Centre serves vegetarian low-to-moderately spicy Sri Lankan food during its retreats and would not generally be able to alter its menu. Can you eat this type of food?

Accommodations, either single, sharing, or dorm, will be assigned based on availability at the Centre's sole discretion. Pre-booking is not possible.
